Martial Arts Classes
Frankfort Martial Arts is dedicated to offering martial arts classes to help people in the community. We offer classes to kids, teens, and adults. Students will build physical and mental strength through consistency and positive motivation. Students can compete with themselves or others depending on their goals.
After School
Students receive martial arts classes four days a week, which include:

Apart from taekwondo classes, students have snack time and homework time with instructors before or after their daily taekwondo class. Parents love having homework and extracurricular activities finished by pick up!
Frankfort's Best Summer Camps!
Parents can trust that their kids are in the right place when it comes to safety, fitness, fun, and more. Our camper's favorite weeks include nerfing wars, Harry Potter, or outdoor adventure. All of our field trips are local, and daily drop-in rates are available as well.
Practical Self Defense
We equip our students with practical skills to avoid physical confrontation and offer effective techniques for the unavoidable.
Traditional Taekwondo Training
The techniques practiced in each class prepare us for performing in front of others in a rank testing or tournament environment. Leaders perform every day at school, at work, or socially and we want to develop our students to become leaders of tomorrow.
Relatable Life Skills
Leaders stand out because of their character. And each class at Frankfort Martial Arts is a way to enhance our character by studying key personal and social skills like honesty, self-esteem, and respect in relatable situations. Classes All Year Round
We provided our classes all year round, from enjoying the heat during winter while you build life skills, or enjoying the A/C while learning how to defend yourself, we ensure to provide a comfortable environment while you train.
Kickboxing for Teens & Adults
Use our kickboxing classes for weight loss, confidence in self-defense, muscle sculpting, or a great way to relieve daily stress. Whichever your goal may be, we offer a free trial for you to discover your calling.
Our class times for kick boxing run for 45 minutes and are as follows:
Mon - Thur: 8:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 7:00 PM
Fri: 8:00 AM, 12:00 PM
Sat: 9:00 AM
